- 2,5 cups of Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup of xylitol
- 60 g Butter, unsalted
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to the boil, whilst whisking, then drop to a simmer.
- Simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes or until reduced to 100ml.
- Pour the keto condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool in the fridge.
