Keto Condensed Milk:

  • 2,5 cups  of Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup of xylitol
  • 60 g Butter, unsalted
  1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to the boil, whilst whisking, then drop to a simmer.
  3. Simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes or until reduced to 100ml.
  4. Pour the keto condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool in the fridge.
